On Tuesday the 5th the conservative patriots club went over a few of our resolutions for the new decade:
First: Be Active!
The Winter Welcome Back rally will be held in front of the Alabama State House January 19th from 12pm-1pm. The goal is to demand our Legislator’s to allow that the State Soviergty bill to come out of committee for up or down vote! The health care resolution and the 2nd amendment (The right to bear arms) this is the third time the State Sovereignty Resolution has been introduced in the house. Second: Be Aware!
Luther Strange (candidate for Attorney General) came and spoke with us about some upcoming issues state residents need to be aware of.

- Gambling Issues
Third: Be Involved!
Jim Dugger a member of our club is willing to start a constitution class for those interested in learning our constitution front to back. This will be a 2 hr class held once a week at Mathews Manor (day yet to be decided) for 12 weeks. If you would be interested in this class please contact us through email. The class for 12 weeks will require a cost of $40.00 for a workbook and the necessary supplies for the class. This I believe will be a great start to AWARENESS of our We The People rights understanding. Come be a part of the 2010 effort to Reclaim our Republic!! This year is already proving to be very exciting.
Forth: News!
Johnny Phillips with the Gadsden Tea Party group attended our meeting and gave a report on the National Tea Party groups of America. It was exciting and reassureing to hear that we are not alone and are not crying out on deaf ears the Tea party movement and the efforts of thousands, Yes THOUSANDS, of tea Party Groups and Hundreds of Thousands of people all across American are demanding accountability and are getting a lot of attention. He also reports, Micheal Steele is talking daily with the National organization and is making the TeaParty organization the sounding board for the GOP. Folks, this is good news and as we are making a difference, we need to pour the coal to the fire in these cold months ahead. And, show the rest of the country that we mean business when it comes to our Republic.
